any ideas please? the first one popped off....... the others wont budge! There is a metal jacket on each lead at the spark plug end. Does it require a tool?

hi my name is steve. my girlfriend has a lupo 1.0 litre i am hoping to use this forum for help but i cannot seem to start a new 'how to' problem? ..... it is real simple. how the heck do i get the old spark plug leads off! lol the first one was a doddle, but the others wont budge. is there a special tool. the leads have a metal jacket at the spark plug end. i am used to just popping plug leads off! anyway hi
