  1. Thanks, of course i tried to pull it out, but i just noticed that the little "hinge" was broken on the left side and the previous owner screwed it in place, thats why it doesn't moved:)
  2. Is there an easy way to remove the parcel shelf somehow? In my passat, i can get the thing out real easy, but this one is one though soab
  3. Another idea is to use something like this, combined with the empty switch idea: So you could pull out the cable, and if you don't need it, it will go back inside just like on the vacuum cleaners:)
  4. I would try to fit a female 3.5mm connector inside one of the empty switch, something like this:
  5. HI! My upper part of the driver side mirror is a little loose, makes a clicking sound and i'm trying to fix it somehow, but i don't have any idea how to take this thing apart. Any ideas? Thanks
  6. Hi! Is it possible to replace just the logo on the steering wheel somehow? It has some wear and tear, and it just bugging me for a while. Can i buy a replacement or i have to peel it and find one with good condition? Thanks
  7. I actually like both Beta and Gamma, thanks, however, if i want to use an AUX cable, the CD player won't work, because the aux cable is imitating a cd switcher if i'm correct, so it has the same plug
  8. 1 hour works fine for me, and i guess you just need to press the volume button to turn it on again right? Also, i found this cheap AUX adapter, i think it should work with RCD-200: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-AUDI-MP3-Adapter-Navigation-Navi-MFD2-RNS2-AUX-IN-/260699778634?pt=Kabel_Stecker&hash=item3cb2eaee4a
  9. I currently don't have any head units in the car, because the old owner didn't kept the original radio and he removed the third-party one before selling. just simply don't like the overall design of the third-party head units, too fancy, i don't know how to say it, but you get the idea. The RCD units looks better, because the design is the same as the other interior elements. So you're saying, that MFD1 has the same connectors as the original 1din head unit? But i think this might be an overkill, rcd200 looks much simpler(and also its cheaper), but i read on this forum, that its not that easy to fit, i need different connectors.
  10. Hi! My question is, what type of factory VW head units would fit in a Lupo without any adaptors and stuff like that? I'm looking for a 2din RCD, like RCD-200 or similar to this. So basically i'm looking for a plug&play solution. Thanks
