Basicly i want to yellow tint my fogs on the lower bumper what stuff are people on here using to tinit/yellow them up? Also my indicators i want to tint them aswell but im not sure what colour, smoked or yellow but then im not sure about having fogs and indicators yellow or just leaving the indicators how they are, what does everybody think or has done in the past.

Have you got a tip to actually pull the heater control out, i struggle just to pull it out and still yet havent managed too

If you take the backbox off and say weld a straight pipe in do you loose power and what does it sound like? Still keeping the mid box and cat?

I am buying a brand new middle silencer to replace the straight pipe i have in now, i was wondering what size the sleeve clamp is from the cat to the middle silencer pipe?

What size sleeves do they need to be for the exhaust?

Basicly i have taken my middle silencer out and replaced it with a straight pipe i have a sportex backbox on, on each of these joins its blowing i have used gum gum but its seemed to of come off i would like something abit more permenant than gum gum unless you reckon gum gum will be good enough if i use enough i dont have much to spend so would like something cheapish. The car is a 1.4s any thoughts on this?

Hi, I am going to replace the pedal box on my Lupo 1.4s as its just snapped again after being welded i was just wondering what parts exactly i will need as ive heard i need to replace sheer bolts and brake pedal. Why do the brake pedal and sheer bolts need replacing if its just the pedal box thats broken? I am getting a mechanic to fit it but i want to order the parts before hand from vw can anyone tell me exactly what parts and that i need please? Thanks.

Hi there, i bought some second hand coilovers and on the rear it didnt come with rear adjusters just the springs, i however want to raise it up abit as its too low. Anybody know were i can buy just the rear adjusters or have any for sale?

Anybody got a cherry bomb backbox, if so how easy are they to fit as ive heard the hangers need to be welded. Do they sound loud as ive got no middle silencer on my car anyway would it be louder? Anybody on here selling one already to fit a lupo?

Feed it through the main gromit on the bulkhead leading to the cabin the wire should come to just up the right of the passenger footwell you will have to feel for it by maybe pulling sound proofing and the carpet up.

If that's the case would these fit were the dampers are and then buy separate springs aswell as these on the rear look like they would be stiffer

If these do fit then what happens to that spring on the bar if these replace the damper bit. Any advice or help is much appreciated

I have coilovers to fit but i tried to undo the top mount bolt on the original strutt but it is so tight i used a 6mm alan key head in the top and a 21mm spanner on the bolt but it wouldnt come loose any advice?

Hi all, Basically I have a 1.4s and I have a scorpion backbox fitted but it isn't that loud, I was going to remove the middle silencer and put a straight pipe in and keep the backbox on, thoughts on this?

On the hub after taking the disc off there is the nut that goes on the drive shaft what size is it?

My drivers seatbelt has locked on and wont go back like normal, I hit a curb quite hard and ever since it has locked on, anybody know what to do I don't really want to have to replace it?

hi, I am looking to take the rear backbox off and replace it with a straight through pipe, is this possible if so what do I need to do or where can I get this? I have the Vw Lupo 1.4s

Basicly i am looking to replace my speakers with fli 6.5s i took the old speakers out wich were aftermarket subzero ones, heres the problem before i took the speakers out the window wouldnt go all the way down and i found out that by taking the speaker out the magnet on the back was stopping the glass going all the way down. The fli magnets are bigger so i thought is there a mount on or something i can buy or make? i want it cheap and easy though.

That makes sence now starting to understand it more. so when the subwoofer is bridged does that mean one wire say positive is on postive in say channel 1 and negative in channel 2?
