  1. For the past month I've had problems finding gears, reverse crunches every single time, I can barely find 1st 2nd 3rd and 5th at times. This evening I was driving up a hill and heard a pop. I now have no gears, after getting a suggestion to check gear linkages I had a look in the engine bay and discovered that one of the rods wasn't actually attached to anything. Anyone know how easy this is to reattach? Or even if it can be?
  2. I tried this a few week's back, successfully got the dash off however I couldn't seem to access the bulbs.
  3. Phoned Paypal yesterday and they apologised and gave me a full refund on the spot. Also told me that if the lights turn up too just keep them. Hopefully they do turn up...I quite liked them Thanks everyone for the help!
  4. That looks like my only option now unfortunately so annoyed.
  5. Never thought of that actually! Just found him, cheers. Think a case will have to be opened. Was hoping he was on the forum first :/
  6. So on the first of March I decided to treat the beast to some new rear lights. I took too EBay and won a set for £10. The seller messaged me saying he would post them the following Thursday as he was busy. It is now the 20th and still no show. Also no reply to my messages. So here is the question, does anyone know of a Ben Gladwin on here? He drives a red Arosa with the reg of X879 WFT. If I could contact him here before opening a case it would be great. Thanks everyone!
  7. Ahhh thats you...I like it, good wee page

    Stickerbombing

Serious? I never thought of that! Thanks I have so many stickers that I would love to use but couldnt. Legend
  9. I know this is short notice but is anyone going to the Paul walker memorial meet at sprucefield tonight? Belfast Car Scene are convoying from B and M at connswater to sprucefield at 6:30. Would be nice to see some Club Lupo members there? If you see a Red Arosa with racing stripes and colourful wheels come over and say hi
  10. I have a feeling that you are the lupo that came through Mcdonalds Drive Thru?
  11. Suits me, car park behind the odyssey costs money though
  12. Was in work today and guess what cane through drive thru? The exact same lupo, spoke to the owner and she said that she is on the forum, but hasn't been on in a while. Apparently there is another one identical un Bangor and it is an LUI reg too!
  13. Saw a clean black lupo slammed with blue alloys, female driver on R plates reg LUI any takers? Was getting petrol in BP ladas drive.
  14. Probably have wouldnt be hard to miss mine...racing stripes are umm interesting on a 1 litre arosa hahaha, but it is my first car, I have plenty of time to get sensible cars. Enjoy it while it lasts. Will definitely get down to the next meet though!
  15. Well unfortunately a few weeks before I started driving I noticed that my driver side door and wing looked like it was keyed...then the petrolflap, we discovered that the car has been smashed into at some point, it has been "repaired" but whoever sprayed it was a bit silly. The paint has crazed and they missed a bit at the bottom of the door so my car is falling apart on that side. It would have cost me a bomb to get the whole driver side resprayed and fixed properly so I decided to rat it out (or attempt to) I have a thread in the Arosa section of the forum. Sprayed my wheels, took the chrome off the grill, sprayed the badge on the grille and got viper stripes...I a link to my pics on the thread. Still love my wee bucket though sat all winter last year and still mechanically sound. Ran out of battery once in Holywood and had to get the RAC but apart from that it is sound.

    Dodgy?

So yea, here is my wee arosa, 2002 1.0Litre. Been driving for a few months now but cant afford much as I am still a student and insurance is deadly! Many of you wont agree with the idea im going for and many of you will probably want to voice your opinion (Which is welcome ) but im hoping to rat it out...I have started small due to limited funds, sprayed the steelies, de chromed the grille and re sprayed the badge, fitting viper stripes and hopefully in the near future stickerbombing wingmirrors and part of the boot. Also wanting to order a flyeyes kit..go on have a look and a laugh http://www.flickr.com/photos/94876831@N05/ (Not quite sure how to upload pics so may need to copy and paste link into a new window. Sorry!)
  17. Benefits of steelies none of this swapping wheels
  18. Looks like a tidy wee car! Will definitely get to the next one, not enough of us over here:p
  19. Awesome Il keep an eye on the thread for another one then would be good to get a few down, I know there are some arosas and lupos at Belfast Car Scenes meets...but would still nice to get out, only passed my test in July but got the car sorted September there so haven't got to any yet.
  20. Just saw this! Did you have the meet last night?? Would have loved to go, I own a wee arosa and live in Belfast, not sure how people would react to it I have multicouloured wheels and racing stripes lol. Still would have been good to see who else was around, we dont get enough of these.
  21. So the inevitable happened. I came out of school to find that my wingmirror was lying in the middle of the road smashed up... gutted, was going for the rat look but think that was a step too far! So here is the question, would anyone have a spare driver side wingmirror for an Arosa? Preferably red but wierd and wacky colours wouldnt be all bad help would be much appreciated Cheers!

    Stickerbombing

Hi all so the last time I was on here was before summer, I have passed my driving test since and looking to modify my Arosa. Starting small by stickerbombing the wing mirrors. I cant seem to find any stickerbomb sheets that arent made for jdm or VWs. Anyone any ideas? Thanks

when I say small dots I mean miniscule, you can rub them with your finger and they will disappear but they come back...
