Hi everyone I've put a 1.4 16v afh code engine from a polo 6n into my arosa which was originally a 1.0 mpi. I've used the polo engine loom, ecu etc but have kept the arosas interior loom. Got it all plugged up etc went to start it and got nothing. I'm suspecting it may have something to do with the colored plugs by the fuses that connect the two looms, I've compared the polo interior loom to the arosa interior loom and there's different cables going to each plugs on both looms. I'm awaiting wiring diagrams so I can get cracking and work things out but if anyone can give me a heads up on any info they may know it would be much appreciated, cheers!

Made the mistake of not labeling fuel lines when I took my engine out of my 1998 arosa 1.0 L. I had a blue hose and a black hose which is which? Cheers

Hi guys, at the final stages of converting my 1998 1.0 L arosa to a 1.4 16v out of a polo 6n. Iv used the ecu and engine loom from the polo and i have the polos immobiliser and the lead that goes from Immob and clips around the key barrel, but what I don't have is the key an barrel from the polo. Will this work with my key and barrel or is the key usually coded to the immobiliser? If not what can I do? I'm not to clued up with this kind of stuff so any information will be helpful, thanks!

Just picked myself up some banded steels to go on my 98 arosa. unsure of the offset but they came off a Mk 1 caddy, as per title rears are 8 and fronts are 7.5, does anyone have any pictures of these size wheels on their car so I can see how they fit? Cheers

hi guys im converting my 1.0 mpi arosa to a 1.4 16v engine out of a polo 6n. i need a gearbox but having trouble sourcing a box from a 1.4 16v thats local. first question is can i use the standard 1.0 gearbox? if i can will the gear ratios be ridiculous? any info appreciated, cheers!

in the process of doing mine atm, got some boat filler from my dads work that dries rock solid and wont crack, ground paint back to plastic to ensure a strong bond, will let you know how they comeout

am mi right in saying rear lupo bumpers fit arosas but the front wont? cheers
