  1. Fuses are there, maybe need a new one in the amp itself Power is there because I was clamping down the positive wire and it was continuously sparking, and a little crackling noise from the sub could be heard when I was tightening the wire down onto the car battery, yet no power light
  2. Do you both think this may be the problem? There is 100% power going to the amp, however the power light just isn't coming on...
  3. I chose the bolt where the rear seatbelt a fasten to the cab, couldn't get the amp to turn on, power was connected along with earth but no joy! What a joke
  4. Got the power through! Spot on lads thanks allot, now to find a lovely person earth point that this tiny ground cable will reach!

  7. I was under the impression that you didn't need a fuse haha, thanks for that (as you can tell I'm new to all of this) I was told to fix it to the seatbelt like, or the screw behind the rear light! No doubt you will be hearing from me shortly, going to give it a go when I can be arsed
  8. I bought the wiring kit, I'm going to wire it up and get the amp working first then put the fuse in, where have you both put the earth wire?
  9. Sound mate, thanks for your help, il give it a go after work!
  10. Mate your a star, and I know man I've been stumped for a month with it, I've seen the grommet in the engine bay but didn't want to stick a wire through, knowing my luck it will poke through my steering wheel or something!
  11. Hi guys, what it is, Is I've recently bought an amp/sub combo for my lupo, I was wondering if anyone could upload a picture as to how the have connected the power cable to the battery, how you managed to get it from the cab to the engine bay itself, people have told me too feed the wire under the passenger footwell, but I havnt got the foggiest as to where I should be pushing it through! Thanks for your time!!
  12. Haha cheers mate ill give it ago tomorrow or Tuesday. I'll put on the pictures or ill let your know how it goes but cheers anyways lads
  13. I thought that like mate, then just squeeze the ire through there through to the engine bay
