Yep a petrol car, tried once before to fit a diesel battery, but it would fit. :mad: All running direct off the battery. I haven't actually driven the car yet, it was just idealing with the system on. I switched on the lights to see it they dimmed. This amp is more powerfull than the last one it replaced. Thanks guys.

Right can somebody get technical with me, regarding Capacitors? I know they store an amount of power which is capable of discharging and then recharging in an instant. But have notices some of them have different 'volt surges'. Knowing a little about electrics, does this mean what I think it means!? [is this the amount they discharge?] What is the minimum Farad you should get? Is it worth getting a cheep one, or not. My system is only an amp powering a 10" sub, front/back standard speakers [with home made `x-overs`, reduce bass to them] run of H/U. Would a cap help reduce lights dimming. Music normally played R&B & Hip Hop. Thanks all. Jay.
