We're not all crap - Head office keeps cutting payroll spend impress the investors, which forces stores to have less and less full time, trained up employees and rely on part timers covering a lot of hours here and there. Part timers being part timers, they generally don't really take much pride in the job so they give the company its (well deserved) bad image. Even full time "specialists" in cycles or parts are paid £6.odd an hour, so anybody any good with half a brain won't stay for long. It's a good job I'm skint and my boss is flexible with my hours, because I'd be long gone otherwise!
