im not trying to gain anything really the gti has a stronger bottom end ! i dont want to rip the dash out to change the loom for the sake of 2 extra plugs for the vvt also i have cable throttle and the gti is flyby wire so id haf to change peddle box . if it will run ok simply by swaping the cams id be happy . i know most of you will be thinking just do the full gti convresion!!!!

can anyone explane how the vvt works exactly on the gti avy ? my plan is to put the cams/housing from a aub or afk 100bhp 1.4 16v on a avy gti meaning i will lose the vvt . really dont know if its going to work . still going tu be running from the 1.4 ecu im not trying to make more power(as long as its still at 100bhp) just an messaround with some parts i have ??
