I am from Latvia, few days ago bought it.In a service we filled it with hydraulic oil, looks like it was needed for steering, cos now it works exelent,before it worked like there are no power steering, was hard to turn it.I hope we did it right. Thanks broodplank.All this are new for me, so if there will be any problem with a car, i hope i will find answer here.

So , nobody knows, for a 100%, with what need to top it up ?
