  1. Ordered some 15mm spacers for the back today I feel it may be pushing it.... I'll see how i get on if not ill be looking at some camber next i think....
  2. Fitted comfort flashers to the loop yesterday what a bloody ball ache that turned into :/ I followed the excellent how to guide http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=64974 but was struggling for ages as the colour of my wires didn't seem to match up for some reason, in the end managed to figure it out as the wiring loom wires and the relay wires ended up being the opposite to each other compared to what the diagram said both on the how to and the instructions :s lol. Very happy with the results though Haha, fair play mate will you be at pod on the 16th? I will defo be there I'm just praying for no RAIN! Sam.
  3. No, unfortunately I can't claim fame to the house in the background lol, we have a few warehouses and offices there and good friends with the farmer. It does make for nice photos up there though! Sam.
  4. Haha, i know i do have a bit of a speed fettish! its mad how slow the BM feels though compared to the lupo, its scary lol!
  5. Thank you all for your comments, I can fully understand people not being a massive fan of the wheels, ordinarily I probably wouldn't be either but on this car I think they do suit it and work quit well Haha, thank you it has its ups n downs, it by no means an easy life though thats for bloody sure! Yea I know, I think they do look better in the flesh, the 20" rims do swallow the 348mm discs up quite easily though, lol. Ive had it for about about 5 months now thats why it was my summer toy Sam.
  6. haha thank you, it just pulls and pulls all the way! plus the rev limit was raised slightly when it was last mapped giving about another 5mph top end so i reckon its toppin bout 150mph now.
  7. Here is a couple of snaps of my daily ride, its a 2007 BMW 335i, its fitted with an Autovogue body kit, Hamann AVR polished wheels and recently had ebc turbo groove discs with red stuff pads fitted all round. Pretty well spec'd up with auto headlights, auto high beam headlights, radar cruise control, auto wipers, keyless entry and start, adaptive headlights, m sport fully electric heated interior and a Logic 7 stereo system as well as the other usual BMW bits n bobs I know that it really won't be to everyones tastes but its been fun over the summer! Thanks for looking, Sam.
  8. Ahh brill glad to hear you got that sorted ok and yes I should be at santa pod in october for some strip action! haha its strange really when we say running 'only' (247) lol, but Im sure you'll soon be twitching for more! Yes that bloody runway enlightened my whole front end like the month after it was painted after following a car down it! not impressed lol. Mmmmmm very very tasty I must say, I do like. much love! Sam.
  9. Just a couple of e38 pics and a video 60-120mph sorry for the poor quality Video:

  11. Ahhhh if it wasnt the first time then it would have meant i was being totally bind before :s lol, what power are you running agian? (sorry im being lazy and not going looking lol). Yea the LSD is a must i never had the chance to drive mine without one as I had it in from the start but I can see them being rather loose everywhere without one? I know me too my best was a 13.6 with 286bhp, was so gutted at not being at inters as although the quality of drag strip isnt the best I do just enjoy the show there as well! I'd really love to break into the 12's though! Sam.
  12. a nice evening i think a drive is on the cards :)

  13. I was being very illusive all week as I think I hardly ended up speaking to anyone lol, always next time though Haha yes I completely get where your coming from with that and to be fair I can clearly understand that making sense And I can defo see the advantages of running a bit cooler because it does tend to get rather rather hot from time to time especially on hot days, Ive had it rather inconveniently decide to overheat and cut power the other day just as I was pulling off at a busy round a bout..... :s does sound rather tasty are there any videos of this beast in action....? even better in the flesh and yea its still on the stock ecu. I think id say that you've fully achieved your aim with the engine bay mate I was gutted at not having the car back in time for inters was really looking forward to that, thats why I gotta get my pod fix in october!! was that handling thing the first time they done it this year? dont remember that being there last year?? Haha, just because I have power doesn't mean that Im a hooligan with it...... (most of the time...) I dont know what you must think of me lol, that was very painful driving up that A14 I couldnt see a bloody thing with that sun in my eyes and no sunglasses and those silly bloody lupo sun visors that really dont block out the sun lol! it always amazes me though at how fast you go from hundreds of modded VWs everywhere on the road for the first couple of miles to like virtually none by the time u hit that A14, I don't think I saw one more after you two! Sam.
  14. Thank you very much they do some nice kit by the looks of it cars looking gd pal b nice to c it in the flesh Sam
  15. And doin the inlet head and throttle body what sort of power gains would you expect to see...? Sam.
  16. ey up matt, thank you pal, I had chance to have a nose round yours this weekend im really impressed with how at home and oem yours looks in that bay, its looks like it almost left the factory that way! would have been nice to have a chat with you are you planning any more outings this year? santa pod mayb in october? I went for the quaife lsd and its done me well I think I have heard a lot of good things about the peloquin lsd's as well but id say its a money well spent investment mate when playing this game lol You really are proving a wealth of knowledge sheldon and that TT does sound rather immense I must say! It does sound like you know your stuff and i think i'll defo be taking some of your advice on the engine Thank you once again Sam.
  17. Correct yes it started as a 210bhp lump, and thank you very very much for this info bikerz (whats your bname by the way?) This is genuinely very very helpful to me and much appreciated, your also now starting to give me ideas of more power..... lol, but on a serious note i think i will be keeping my eyes peeled on those bits and some possible winter modifications Ahhh i'll definitely keep an eye out for you then, with not having the car back from the garage long and then tinkering when i got it home i really havent been out in it much but given some nice evenings i should be out n about a bit more very occasionally i may tootle past but never been really been down properly. and yes i was at edition good weekend thank you. Also a big thank you to everyone else for your comments on my car Sam.
  18. Nicepedal box setup, where was this from? Sam.
  19. Cheers matt, mmmm well tbh a lot better than I thought, obviously 1st n 2nd are a bit of a mess but once into third it's pretty gd and pulls like a bitch! Lol, I drove it for the first time in the wet the other day and hmmmm scary! Lol just span everywhere at any speed lol. I'll b looking forward to c how yours is comin on too Bloody ell that's a fairly decent saving there n the don't seem particulary that expensive... I'll b looking into this idea more over the winter months I think and its and APY engine started life in a audi s3, think it was like a 2002 model.... You've got ms curious thou now with this inlet n what not lol. Haha tbf really not long had her back this year only got her back like 6 weeks ago or summin like that n since then I been doin a few little bits to her, I dont recall seein that sexy yellow lupe around thou either? Mmmmm I feel I have a busy Friday of putting car back together before I set out this evening.... :/
