  1. Well hi everyone, Been on this forum a few years new and never really posted anything about my old Lupo, but i thought i'd start a members car thread for the new one, My names Graham i'm from sunny scotland, I previouslly owned a 1.0 Fantasia Green number taht i spent a bit of time making my own and pretty much loved the car. heres a little picture of the transformation. to this Then this Then before i sold it it ended up like this. I then moved on to a mk4 golf gti and a fabia vrs bothe on porsche wheels and coilovers haha! which then led to the purchase of this. Completely standard when i got it 1 previous owner with 60,000 miles on the clock id like to say it's immaculate but it has a few minor imperfections and im talking one stonechip thats how minor but its far from perfect ATM. My plans were simple run it as a daily but try and create something that could potentially win trophys! this went off to a great start with me having it a day it needed 4 valves a timing belt and a head gasket because of sticky valves (the gasket and belt were done just because they were off) so great built it back together put the coilovers on and went a wee drive everything going brilliant unitl some idiot decided to pull out in front of me and i had to slam on the brakes but forgetting to put the clutch in i stalled the engine quite badly and the car wouldnt start again! afetr some faffing around and some investigation the timing had jumped 5 teeth bent a valve and broke a lifter in the head so i got a new head fitted it and great everything was going perfect again until the pedal box decided to break on me and the first motion shaft in the gearbox decided to go! So in the space of 3 weeks the cars had quite an extensive bit of work carried out. Anyway enough of my blabbing. I got a set of JOM Blueline just for cheapness and lowness until i've enough money aside for Bags, Joey'd the headlights, Fitted the Summer Wheels, Gotti G1002 Face Mounted so 7.5" wide, Some Pressed plates Flung it all together and gave it a good clay bar, polish and wax and ended up with something like this, ( excuse the arty farty photos i'll get better ones at the weekend.) That's about all the photos my phone managed to upload i'll get some better ones up aoon, Anyway thanks for reading and ill keep you's all posted as the updates come in.
  2. Got these really cheap tonight! bit of a wheel whore lol!
  3. Chassis hasn't been notched and te anti roll bar has been removed cheers!
  4. Got some mk4 gti recaros for much cheapness!
  5. Had this 6 months and its completely built on a budget and I use It daily so everything I do is bit by bit, this is how I got it, I then got bored of those wheels so I sold them on without the 165/50's and got myself some RH Cups and wrapped my indicators yellow, I added a few stickers replaced the clutch release bearing cv joint 2 new bilstein rear shocks drove it down to early edition, someone also drove into me and left me nearly written off so I managed to bodge myself my front grille indicator panel and bumper I've joey'd my headlights cleaned all my inner arches done bits and bobs and she sits like this, I'll keep doing little bits and bobs to it I just clean it all the time and drive it like it should be is got an Audi a3 steering wheel and interior any questions fire away some may not like it that's your taste, I'll keep updating from time to time, cheers
