Cheers for all your help guys. Im thinking maybe 15mm hubcentric, will these be likely to cause problems? And anyone know if it will affect handling or anything negative that will be caused? Many thanks, Sam

I am looking to get a set of spacers to accompany some new coilovers which i havent yet bought to sort out my stance but ive been told that they can add strain to your wheel bearings and destroy them, is this true? And makes, do spacers really matter on make and stuff? Any help would be nice. Cheers, Sam

Anyone ever heard of the make ground zero? Yeah it is to do everything and run it checks etc so it is a lot of work, so its not bad price i think haha. And yeah im going to ring about a bit just to check or ill be kicking myself if they rip me off. Cheers

Yeah i have not really heard of many loops heads going but there is always one, but naa i havent tried the oil cooler plate ill have to have a check, How would i go about checking this? But the 350 pound was for the full engine change but i have to supply the belt, water pump etc. Do you think this is a good price? Cheers for the help, sam.

Car is broken the oil light came on a while back oil was fine and then water kept going down really fast and then it started beeping when i turned the engine off and when it was turned off i checked the oil and it has gone a toffee colour lighter than normal turns out the head gasket has gone and the water is being fed into the oil. Ive already got a new engine a month or so back another 1.4 with intentions to change it and clean it up a bit no major changes just new panel filter as im told these are better performance fo lupos compared to others. Anyway i got a estimate for an engine rebuild and came out as 350 pound which is almost what i got the engine for so im a bit like wow is this a good price? Im not all good with this a new driver so lots of money spent already and also ill have to supply other parts like belt and pump. Cheers sam.

Cheers guys, might just do that might get a rieger body kit? expensive though worth it? And looking about some new rims some 8j maybe not sure what though any suggestions would be cool and blueline coilovers any good? or should i stop being a pikey and get some ap's or fk's etc? Thanks

Also looking for a place that does remaping and engine rebuilds to try and get better performance.

Got my new 1.4 16v engine to replace my old one looking to do some little mods to it and improve performance anyone know some options? And i know the best way to get performance would be to have a gti engine but im not that rich on apprentice wages haha. Cheers samuel

Yeah but i think lensos look alright and they are not that expensive. And course i care what people think about it. Most people care what people think about what things look like or they would just not wash or wear clothes and poo themselves. And also this is a lupo forum a croud of people with mostly lupos which are cool so this is a cool croud.

Looking to buy some wide rims, i have a red lupo and wonder what rims would look good colour size? does anyone have any ideas i dont really have a clue. 8J look good but will i have to offset the wheel etc?

Ground zero are some speakers that i have found that look pretty descent and alright money aswell, any of you know anything about these? If there are better ones for less? Cheers
