  1. found the 2 bolts into the body - one from inside and one from outside - looks like I'e got a sh!tty job to do. Will do the door strap at the same time.
  2. Been out and had another look at the hinges. They have 1 bolt into the car body and 1 bolt into the door body - both are Torx bolts. It looks like I could get into the door bolts first to remove the door then get into the car body ones to remove the hinge. Is this right and anyone know what size of Torx is required? It also seems that the latch for the lock is a touch high as the alignment along the bottom of the window with the rear quarter is out a bit. Still think the hinges need replaced though. Kev
  3. Thanks for the quick replies guys, looks like I've got a bit of a job on my hands! Do I just get the parts from VW or someone like Lupoboz? Any idea of costs? TIA Kev
  4. Hi All, Just got a wee Lupo 1.0E and think it;s a great wee motor -way better than the wife's Aygo (although slower!) The passenger door sags so it makes closing it a bit noisy and more difficult. Is there a way to re-align the door? I notice there are two main hinges but can't see any adjustment. The door strap is also not attached so I plan on getting this done while fixing the door alignment. Can you help a newbie folks? TIA Kev
