Love this car!!
Thankyou
forgot to ask what material you used for the door handles?
Its black Suede. quite easy to do and looks really good in car
Received this in the post on Friday getting it sprayed up soon. this is a massive improvement in my opinion, I don't like the little vented lip that comes standard on the openair. what yous reckon?
Also after waxing I tried this over the weekend. works really well, love it

Lupo is looking spot on, glad you got a clean one.
Just a word of advice if you are not already using it, get some 'Trim Fix' adhesive off ebay it's a high temp adhesive to do your door cards as most adhesives will give when the weather heats up..
Looking forward to progress.
Martyn
yeah its not bad got a lad coming to remove a few dents soon and then guna book in to get some spray to tidy it up.
I just used normal carpet adhesive for my roof liner without researching so have ordered 2 cans of trimfix like you say (its at post office to collect well reminded lol) guna redo my roof as ended up being abit tatty towards the front of the car near the mirror.

Hello
Thought id start a little progress thread of my Lupo:
I had a Lupo Gti a year or so ago and sold it to get an Audi TT, missed the lupoand im not overly fussed about having a "fast car" so found my self this little lupo. Got it at a steal and have lots of plans for it :)and will save me money on insurance fuel and running costs!! TT is for sale now if anyone's interested.
When I got the car:
First mods:
smoke all the lights.
remove purple sprayed interior.
wind deflectorsnext:
alcantara roof liner
280mm steering wheel
double din
lowered more + vw centre capsthen:
Cambridge rear lights
Audi TT half leather heated interior.Seats are getting fitted over the next few weeks
This is as she stands now:
Next mods will be:
Install TT interior
Retrim doorcards in black alcantara
polo openair smaller roof vent which I have just needs spraying
rolled archs
chassis notch
35mm hubcentric rear wheel spacers
20mm hubcentric front wheel spacers
Rear camber
lower down coilovers more front and rear
smooth front bumper
aero wipers to front
stubby antenna
wheels refurbed in a dark colourI post pics up as I do things. ill hopefully get a lot done before ultimate dubs
Thanks for looking.
Cheers Jord
