Further to my recent Post, after being on Diagnostics it would appear that there is a fault with the ECU. Have checked other older posts on info about ECU's but I am wondering is it possible to simply take one off an old Lupo and fit and code on to the SDI? Again any advice on this would be welcome.

Ok forget that bit about the Fuel Injector Unit. Apparently it is the ECU, (Electronic Control Unit) that is faulty. My Father in Law got confused. Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Just saying Hello as it is nice to be polite! Before taking out a business a few years ago we had a VW Lupo SDI. As we had to Purchase a van for said Business we decided to loan out the Lupo to my Father in Law. We will be getting it back one day but in the mean time it is serving him well. The Lupo is the best car we have ever had and we have had a few.
