  7. Im pretty sure its stuck by something, ive tried knocking it with a mallet and when i try to pull it off the whole car moves. Would it be easier to take the whole valve off rather than just the solenoid? How would i get the whole valve off?
  8. Hi, The engine emission light has come up on the dash so i plugged it into the diagnostic which came back with an 02 sensor fault which is 1 of the lamda sensors, right? However the car also has all the symptons that people have described when the EGR valve is faulty (rough idle, loss of power at steady speeds). So i took the metal pipe off that goes into the egr from underneath the throttle body and cleaned it out and i was going to take the actual valve off itself. I tried to take off just the solenoid that attaches to the egr housing by 2 torx screws but it seamed like it was bonded onto the housing by something. So what do i have to do to get the egr valve off? Thanks, Leo

  16. Hi, I plugged my 1.0 arosa into the laptop last night after my emissions light came on and it came up with these fault codes: PO133 02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response PO135 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Can anyone tell me what is broken, Lamda Sensor? Is it an easy job to do yourself or is it best to take it the garage? Thanks, Leo
  17. Hi, I am going to change the spark plugs in my 1.0 arosa and have found that the engine cover is in the way. Is it just those torx screws that i need to get out in order to get my plug spanner in or is there something else? Also i was going to clean my throttle body, how do i get it off the car? Thanks, Leo
