I have been looking all over the internet and still catn find out a way to remove my front passanger seat ! Its really dirty and want to give it a good clean but cant take it off Help with pics or videos would be amazing !

Well recently I installed a sub under passeneger seat But had decided not to put one under drivers as I usually drive with seat lowered To fit the sub in you need to cut away carpet underneath and remove some insolation !

Anyone know were I can get a new detail thingy for the front of my cup holder. Any help would be greatly appreciated Tam
