My hand brake light keeps on flashing. Ive checked the brakes and the brake fluid and everything seems ok. Any ideas on there?

(03 1.4 lupo auto)My transmission not changing out, engine light on. Tried scanning but there seems to be no one with the correct device in Jamaica. Futher more i think its the only one in the island.
