by the looks of it saying by venom motorsport at the top, i think they would come from them, which can be hit and miss, i've had parts turn up next day and parts that took a month to arrive from them

to be done properly a bit of sheet metal is cut the size of the gap, welded flush and then thin skim of filler and the underside sealed and then whole bonnet repainted

they can still crack with a plate welded in they need filling completely with lead

you can buy thicker hubcentric spacers and have the backs of them milled down giving you thinner hubcentric spacers

you can grind the calipers down abit, did it on my old car and it was fine

its fine with like 3mm spacers but not with something like 10+, only safe way to run spacers and wobbly bolts is by using spacers that bolt to your hub and then the wheel bolts to the spacer, proper hubcentric spacers

you will only need like a 3mm spacer not a 10mm spacer

normal bolts will not work, need wobbly bolts, can get them and hubcentric spacers off ebay
