Now this is only a guess, but I would say that your gearbox needs to be recalibrated. The 3L TipTronic gearbox is one of a kind and it needs to be looked after every 30.000 km. The recalibration process takes about an hour IF you can find a 3L specialist, and when you go to your local VW dealership, make sure to ask for a 3L specialist and not just any mechanic. The reason for that is, it will take a non specialist about 5 hours to get the job done and you know very well who is going to pay for those hours. Keep in mind that even though the 3L gearbox is called automatic, it is not. It in fact is a manual gearbox stripped from a Polo N6 series with some very special add-on modules which do all the gear changing. You have probably even noticed the gaps in between gears just like on a manual, well now you know why. Do not try to fiddle with the modules on your own, you will only make things worse. Good luck.
