It's not a straight fit for a lupo mate. I got it off a guy on this forum that didnt want it.

Shouldnt be any more than 4mm of filler tbh. Any more than that and it could sink.

More fibreglass, less filler, let the paint go rock hard in the booth before you put it back on the car. Leave it there for a good couple of days. Then all should be good!

Plastic weld some plastic (lol) behind the holes, fireglass them in and then skim over the top, rub it down and skim again then spray it. Simples.

Be very very carefull with those bolts on the spacers. There ****e! I had some on my stilo and the heads are very small and round easily. Make sure you only use a breaker bar and not a wheel wrench, the heads will round within 10 seconds with a wheel wrench! Was a nightmare!

Bit the bullet and bought the grill with next day delivery for £45. Should be smoothed and sprayed by the krispy kreme meet along with the bumper! Happy days! Polishing a mates audi a6 at the minute also for the meet, should look absolutely sick.
