It's lhd. Not 100% on origin, but she purchased it in Poland. Any ideas what the light actually means though?

My girlfriends GTi has the ESP light (I believe) constantly on, with button in or out. It's an exclamation mark with a circular arrow surrounding it. Sadly, her user manual is in a foreign language .... What is the default status for this light? Not illuminated I assume. If so, are there any obvious faults it's highlighting, common things to check etc? Thanks in advance.

Hi, My GF has a Lupo GTi (2000) It was purchased with chopped suspension (Pikey job, cut the OEM springs) Coilivers are overkill for what she uses the car for, so, lowering springs look like the better option. I have Eibach Sportlines (~35mm drop) and improved stability and handling on my Clio 172 and I'm more than happy with them, also, they were very well recommeded by other 1*2 owners. - Are there any specific springs that excel for the Lupo GTi ? If none excel, are there a typre/brand that would come recommended? Thanks, Regards
