what type of paint is on the sills where it is all dimpled or is it paint on top of sealent?

just driving home depressed the clutch and heard a snap. really have to push the clutch down to get into gear got home and had a looks seems like i have broke the tack welds on the pedal box. will it be ok to drive for the moment looks like i wont be getting my gold bolts for the bbs

nope they havent sold as time wasters. have just had them refurbed so wouldnt be selling them for 500
