more performance i have like the slowest car in town haha. My mates all have either tdi's gti's or a vrs (one has a 1.8 corsa but i wont go into that lol). Just really wanting it for a little more get up and go cos over taking the likes of tractors or lorries takes an age.

ive got an 1.7 sdi lupo and to say the least its slow as **** so ive got myself a 1.9tdi. Its only a 105bhp early model not sure on codes or specific details as yet but wanted to know If anyone can help out with some info on builds and what to watch out for when putting it in? I know ive to re-possition the engine mounts which wil be a pain in itself. What would be the best mounts to get? I was thinking gttdi mounts? Cheers for any help its much appreciated :-)

the main bearings in my gearbox have went in my 99 sdi. just been reading up on it and apparently its common for them to go round the 80k mark which funnily enough is same as mine. some dude changed his bearings in his and they went 10k later is that common aswel?! should i just buy a new box or try save a little cash and just get bearings done? any advice would be welcome cheers Shiney.

Hay guys needin to know will the clutch out a 1.9tdi fit a 1.7sdi lupo prob a stupid question but got a brand new one in a gear box that ain't gettin used was headin to town last night came off the roundabout shifted 3rd to 4th and bang that was that buggered. only got the car back the day before from the garage after bein off the road for 2weeks:( already spent bout a grand changin the sub frame, bottom arms and gettin it through the Mot gutted.com Anyhoop any help or advise would be much appreciated cheers Shiney

Got one the garage that checked it told me Vw wouldn't be able supply one but got one from cameron's Vw in Perth just 203buck includin vat not to bad if i do say so myself but last time i take advice from that garage anyway haha. nice one silver pmsl!!

Right guys and gals lookin for a front sub frame for my 99 sdi. grounded out the other night pretty bad and tore a section of the sub frame like a tin o sardines someone suggested weldin it but was told that ain't legal are they right? but if you got any numbers for anywhere that might have one please let me know really needin it Mot due on 4th o sept thanks:)

Well took the 2 10" subs out the car last night and stuck them in johns a4 fit in there so much easier and means i now have a boot again...well kind of lol
