I fitted a sport engine in my old 75bhp Lupo used the 75 gearbox and just swapped any bits over that didn't fit and you don't need the ecu. Using the 75 gearbox gives you really good ratios for motorway driving aswell

You can get some 10mm huncentric ones by eds or similar name for around £70

I think halfords charging you £300 is a complete rip off you can easily pick up a decent used item for £30 and find a small garage to fit it for £50 max
I work in a breakers yard if you need anything just let me know and definitely don't go to halfords

I had a new boot lock rebuilt at a lock shop to match my existing key and you can swap the barrels side to side

The boot lid is in mint condition it's had the lupo and gti taken off and has been dewipered the spoiler has a couple of tiny bubbles on the underside and yes its a straight swap the wiring has been unplugged so it's easy peasy
