Just a quick one that part that is on the picture that's disconnected is that part 6 or 7 finding it hard to figure out from the diagram. I think its 7 but can't be sure

WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH !! We asked at VW about the part and they quoted 45 plus vat but was hoping could just get the bit - at th moment the gaffa tape seems to be holding but I'm sure that the second it starts raining this will go - not really convenient lol Guess I'll have to order the bits in

Hi mine has done this as well but where they clip back together it has worn away so it is too big a hole, i tried padding out the linkage bit to make it a tighter fit but that only holds for a min. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this without replacing the whole mechanism ? s that costs #45 quid to buy

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and was hoping someone could help I've had my drivers wing mirror smashed (the whole thing not just the mirror) and need to replace it is it easy to take off the wing mirror ? - I've seen the thread about removing the actual mirror just not the whole thing didn't want to start it and then ge stuck half way ) Thanks in advance Claire (p.s if anyone in Chester knows a cheap place to get my back box done that would be appreciated also ;o) )
