  3. Nope bought it as a standard wreck... I won't be doing any part-ex deal I'm afraid chaps
  4. I have pictures of the hairline spare wheel one but not the one with slighly marking on mate Really isn't that bad in the flesh though!
  5. Up for sale are my Diamond Cut Porsche Design 90 Alloys A lot of work has gone into these wheels, and they have been regularly metal polished: 4 x Bare Wheels 1 x Single Spare Wheel Genuine Metal centres with recessed detailing in black, then polished by myself BJV Engineering - Carried out a full refurbishment and correction, powdercoated high silver, diamond cut faces, lips, inner lips etc and confirmed having no buckles, or unbalancing and strong alloy 2 x 165/40/16's - Front - Nankang Sport NS-II 2 x 165/45/16's - Rear - Nankang Sport NS-II 4 x Mooneye valve caps from the US 4 x 15mm FK Wheel Adaptors 15 Wheel Bolts & 5 Locking Wheel Bolts with Key Pictures: BAD POINTS: One 7J front wheel (N/S) - Has roughly half a wheels worth of light scuffing on the lip but the strech makes it look worse than it is of course The spare unused 7J wheel is immaculate condition but has a small hairline crack about 1-2cm long but does NOT affect the wheel holding air and is really not noticable if it was fitted The price I am looking for is £600 ONO and I will deliver these if required. Collection from South West, Devon area if not. Thanks
  6. soo want this! just seen you're 7 hours away tho! if you move down country let me know? lol
  7. next will be coilovers and colour coding behind vw badge on boot
  8. Well after being on holiday for a while I came back to a bit of extra cash so got in touch with LupoBoz from here. Cambridge lights Removed the lights and found lots of muck! Bit of polish later The lights came with bulb holders and all new bulbs Fitted! Before After Also got hold of some grill tape which gives it a bit more "GTI" look And lastly.... came out from doing some shopping to find this beast next to me lol! Still on the look for coilovers but can't seem to find any within the budget Hope you all approve!
  9. looks like a toy car in the first pic! or one of those "koolart" pictures poor car though, thats some crash
  10. yesterday i fitted some 6000k bulbs to my gti, which bulbs would you recommend buying for the full beam that will match them? because at the mo they look very yellow compared to the dipped beam! thanks in advance
  11. I used a set in my Mini Cooper S, my Clio 172, my Clio DCi, and the boyfriends Ibiza Cupra(s), and now his Polo Highly recommend them to anyone and never had a problem with them. Don't forget these are JUST THE BULBS not the ballasts etc from a normal HID kit. Having xenons as standard is win!
  12. yes she is super cute isnt she, god knows how she had the patience to hang around and wait for 5-6 hours! lol i used a microfibre cloth to apply the metal polish and to buff it off i bought the bulbs from hids-direct
  13. Ok so got a bit carried away today with a "quick wash" which turned in to a 5 - 6 hour cleaning session! Consisting of: Meguiars Gold Class Shampooed Meguiars Wheel Cleaner and brake dust removed from the calipers Dried with Meguiars Water Magnet - Including door shuts, boot, under bonnet etc Meguiars Clay Barred with Speed Detailer - All paint work and front and rear lights Auto Glym Super Resin Polished Meguiars Gold Class Waxed Meguiars Trim Cleaner for the aerial, mirror bases etc Meguiars Metal Polish - For the centre exit pipes Meguiars Tyre Gel All Glass Rain ex'd And lots of microfibre cloths! I also remembered I had some 6000k temperature bulbs for the Xenon's. What a nightmare just to change a set of bulbs, remove 31 torx screws, 4 push clips, the upper grill, headlight washer caps, and lower grill caps, all just to get to the last 2 torx screws to remove the headlights, so you can take off the 3 torx screws holding the cap on to gain access to the bulb! Guess thats where VW dealer garages make their money from Excuse the amount of pictures! On with the polish The amount of effort this involved deserved a picture lol Before picture of the old bulbs After polish Metal polish - This stuff is highly recommended All finished with the waxing and tyre shine etc A few showing the new bulbs on, ideally need to get some night shots to show these off They are a lot brighter though And the magic bag of tricks So... One clean Lupo GTi... = One happy puppy!
  14. Changed the stereo/cd player round, which I think looks better, and I'm pretty sure it should of been this way around in the first place?! And some quick snaps from the other day still loving the little beast!
