So i bought my first car a while ago off of here, due to the MOT being silly expensive i haven't done alot to it, but next pay day will hopefully pay for my front bumper being smoothed and refurbing alloys
Ignore the bugs! lol

well nothing would work, when it went in for the MOT we just asked the guy to do it for us, Everything was just well and truely rusted on i think. But thanks anyway

yea mine was makin weird noises so i just turned the stereo up an ignored it

ive got the leather gaitor for the gear knob, but its not attatched it just kinda hangs aorund the gear stick, i need the plastic rectangle piece to hold it in place, any idea where to get it from? Looked online and the only ones i can find are chrome ones that are designed to be seen, i just want one to hold the gaitor in place! lol

Okay thankyouu, well apparentlyy it wont necessarily fail the mot, it just depends how much it is leaking and how bouncy it is? so i think ill put it through that first, then see.

One of the rear shockk absorbers is leaking oil, is it worth getting it resealed? or just repplace it?
The car is lowered 80mm all round and i think its on ta technix at the minute
Anyone got any idea how much its gonna be to replace? Is it easy to do yourself?
Mot on 24th so need it doing quickish :/

Well...
We got one of the brake drums off after going to Wilco and buying a thing that pulls it off.
and thennn... couldnt get the brake shoe off as my dad didnt want to break the springs in it!
So, a great day and then nothing worked!
When we saw the brake shoe, it wasn't even worn down that much anyway, so we tried to tightening the handbrake instead and it worked a little bit.
Handbrake is still a bit too high up but then it was late so we put evrything back together and watcched the footie lol
but thanks anywayyy, will be a take 2 in the next few days!
To save any breakages, anybody in northamptonshire area fancy helping?

ohh dearr well the right one is deffinately a lot worse so it may come to that, just trying the other one now we'll see.
Is there any special technique of getting them off? lol
