do you know the offset on your teledials? and have you got any more plans for the 'rosa?
I don't sorry, will find out for you though. No more plans just a service and brakes today, then just tidying up the bodywork. I have a rear bumper that's half smoothed that needs finished and painting so maybe that will get done at some point.

Open your boot and pull the carpet out from the left hand side and there is a join behind there, re connect it and you should be sorted.

Mines been on for over a year as it needs a crank sensor. If it drives fine don't worry about not driving it. Just get it checked on wednesday then your know the problem, unfortunatly the engine light could mean a number of issues.

Is lowering my mk1 60mm silly or what as i have spoke to a few people and they say that daft ? What's your oppinion on cherrybomb exhausts ?
60mm is not silly bit do it properly and not on the cheap and its your own opinion if its daft or not but cherrybombs are daft full stop.

There's a set in the classifieds now but ithey are seize if you have the capabilities of unseizing then they'd be a good buy at £120 I think.

Surely that will make them rub even more as it's making them smaller. Just cut the fronts so your toes stick out the front. It's the way all the cool cats are wearing their shoes.
You could split the heels to give more room, but then you may have difficulties when running away from the men in pointy hats.
Damn fail. I mis read and thought he wanted big shoes to fit smaller feet.... My bad.
I like the cutting the toes out idea. Just got to make sure there's no fungal nail infection going down. Toes must be hella fresh to have some poke going down.

Yeah I've seen some shoes i like, but they're size 10 and I'm a 12. Will they fit?
Adaptors will be requried.
Step 1,oalk to toilet... Bare footed of course
Step 2, remove a few slices of toilet paper... I'd recommend andrex with added aloe vera.
Step 3, stuff the slices into the toes of the new shoes.
Step 4, attach shoes to feet.
Step 5, check out your fly new kicks.
Adjust amount of slices until the perfect fit is reached.

Talcum powder will sort any chaffing issues.

Cam belt has to come off. It has two belts. The cams also come out in the carrier and there is no gasket, it's sealed with a special sealer. Hope this helps.

Tasty arosa! like the white against the blue! are your new tyres the same as you old ones? and how thick are you 4x100 to 5x130 adapters? gives it a lovely stance!
Thanks I think the blue and white works too. Yeh they are the same size tyre 165/50r15 just a different make. I'm not too sure on the adaptor size, I think 15-20mm.

No updates for a while. Not much has happened lately, the teledials came off for a week while I sanded down the curb marks, I'm going to polish the dish up to a mirror finish eventually. What's the best products to use?
Ballin' on old school BMW alloys.

Nice review and I have to agree strongly with the noise of the engine. It's sounds so loud and like a diesel and isn't very pleasent at all. I work in a vw dealership and we've had a few come back thinking they have a problem when they hear the noise.... The day after collection. But I still do really like the car and agree that the GT should be pretty damn good.

The mk2 arosa has a flashing light on the door card, but I'd agree with defcon5. Most of the time even if people hear a car alarm no one responds anyways.
