went back out to the car to day and it started first time but cut out after about a couple of mins checked the codes none stored checked it was located corectly checked supply voltage down to it was ok checked it for a pulse it was there started it again cut out shortly after and the fault code p0322 crankshaft /engine speed sensor no signal cleared that and then set about checking the ecu every thing seems to be fine so started checking the plugs cleaned them up leads and checked the coil pack yet again all seemed ok. i cleaned the throttle body as i know these can give some problems went on to desconect the coolent temp sensor i continued to run a bit better than before but still cut out. i also disconected the exhaust in front of the cat to se if it was blocked but no joy still cutting out went in cleared all codes and started up ran for a while an cut out tidyd up ad went to start it up and wont start again after 6 and a half hours to day i am starting to loose it with the car. any help would be much appreciated thanks

hi hope some one can help me as my head is starting to hurt car started cutting out so put my diagnostic software in to the car and came up with p0322 crankshaft /engine speed sensor no signal checked the wiring down to it and decided to bite the bullet and get a new sensor which came in at a cheep £75 fitted it which was a bit a bit of a nightmare as i had to remove the starter to change it. it started fine for about 30 seconds and the cut out again put the computer back in and came up with a diffrent code po321 crankshaft sensor rpm sensor range performance. am a bit annoyed as i can not get to the rought of the problem any help would be much appreciated thanks
