New clutch & pedal box - but won't got into gear!?

Not really. But I find it becomes worse as the car warms up - after 5 or 10 minutes?! -
After the 'usual' pedal box issues, I recently had a new box and clutch fitted. Now, it won't go into gear without a struggle (and crunch). Any idea's?! HELP!!

Each time I start my Lupo, the red 'boot' light stays illuminated on the dashboard display and flickers from time to time - even though it's closed?! Any idea's?
