I wouldnt change the water pump unless it needs doing, or if its ran off the cambelt get it replaced at the same time. I wouldnt worry about the stuff you have put in it too much, its better than it all leaking out and over heating, and with regards to the rad, id just swap it like for like, it will be unlikely that it will go again.

I wouldnt worry to much about frontin, i know hundreds of people that do it and have done it for years, they have never been caught, i think theres more chance of being caught for a bald tyre or something

If theres red furry crystals seeping out the rad anywhere then it needs replacing, if you were going to do a temp repair, i wouldnt use radweld, it clogs up the cooling system, use bars leak, its much better. As said abouve flush out the cooling system after you fit a new rad, id use bars leak rad flush to do that aswell. If its leaking from a joint say on a hose, just remove the hose, clean all the crystals off both areas and refit the hose, remember the bleed the cooling system after opening up any part of the cooling system

Adrian flux i have found brillent the past 4 years, i have had upto 11 points at 1 point and they were still cheaper than all other insurance companys, and thats even insuring a modifyed car.
