Hello. I am looking at selling my 1.4E 16V Lupo because I need a bigger car ( dam kids ! ). The details are listed below. Make: Volkswagen. Model: 1.4E 16v. Age - T reg / 1999. Colour - Jazz Blue. MOT: Till September 2012. TAX: Till April 2012. Mileage - 81000. Engine size: 1400. Fuel type: Petrol. Work carried out - Full service in October 2011, plus a new clutch, front discs and pads. Description including modifications: This little car has been my 20 mile daily commute car for the last 2 years and in all that time it has never gave me any trouble ( unlike that Mk2 Golf GTi I had ! ). It has the usual dinks and marks on it for this age of vehicle but it has no rust the paint work is fine. It is fitted with a Panasonic CD player with a AUX jack for using a ipod or MP3 player. Hello. It looks like I need to change my clutch in my Lupo. The clutch is fine but when I depress the clutch pedal the bearing in making a right noise, It drives fine and there is no other problems. I was just wondering if there is anything special I need to do or know before I change it ? Any help would be appreciated. Sie.

Hello. Has anyone come across this problem I am getting with my 16v. When the engine is underload, say when I put my foot down in 2nd or 3rd, there is a knocking noise coming from the engine, it sounds a little bit like pre-ignition. I am having no other problems with it, it has been serviced and there is enough oil in it. Are these engines just noisy ? Cheers. Sie.

Hello everyone. Can anyone please help me with a problem with my Lupo. It is idling erratically on start-up, changing gears and when warm, the revs go up to 3000RPM aprox then drop slowly to normal. I have cleaned the Throttle Body etc but it is still the same. Any ideas ? ? Cheers. Sie.

Hello. I am wondering if anyone can help me find the reverse lamps fuse. My reverse lights are not working, I have checked the bulbs they are OK, I have changed the switch, still nothing, then I checked to see if there was power at the switch harness and there was not. So I thought it must be the fuse but love me, love me I`m thick, I cannot work out which one it is !?! Any help would be appreciated. Cheers. Sie.
