it was sto strange, I found these code myself before I drop the lupo to vw, ---------------------------------- 16556 P0172 Fuel Trim,Bank1 System too Rich P0172 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent --------------------------------------- but they phoned me that they found some different faulty code, which as following ------------------------------------------ Inlet Manifold Pressure Sender G71 Implausible signal Sporadic -------------------------------------- The new part number is 036906051, can any one please tell me why and what does the new fault means, and what is the new part for this number, where vw quoted 185.95 for the new part and fitted.

ya, it became alright today, the light completely gone off today... my friend told me that try put some shell optimax in, and it seems alright today mate. (shell optimax can clean the valve, will that really help to solve my problem?) What should i do if reall the dodgy lambda sensor?

Hiya, remember the engine management light last time it came on and on, off for few weeks and it came on again this morning.. and its been checked. the code is 17573 Bank1, Long Term Fuel Trim, Range 1 Rich Limit Exceeded P1165 Intermitent quote 50 quits to check properly and might need 100 quits to fix it.. was that light means engine check light?, omg..... it on with the EPC, but the EPC will gonna off when I restarted the car...and only the CHECK remained there.. but it off again now... what should I do???

they said no problem then trun it off. Let me tell you what, the CHECK light off again......really dont know what's happening. It might come on again in next couple days....

it happened twice in this week, both EPC and this CHECK lights on suddenly on my dash board, but when I restarted the car, EPC off, but CHECK remained, and it will gone some time later. I've been paid for 17 quid to turn the EPC light off once with no problem found. please help, what does it mean. border="0" class="linked-image" />

Cant find any problem from the electronic specialist, but they reset the computer, then the epc light gone off, and charged me 17 quits.

my left handside frog light gone, but the right handside one still working. but the bulb is ok, is that anything to do with EPC?

Can it be the frog light problem? one of my frog light gone.

EPC, electronic power control, besides break and clutch switch, can any other reasons cause it light? like the dirty of valve?

I've checked, it's not the break switch problem, and I'll check the clutch switch later.

Hi everyone, What is the EPC light means I just had my EPC light on on my dashboard this afternoon, but the lupo was running ok, it didn't look like it had any problems. I've checked from somewhere else from internet, they said maybe is the break light problem or any sort of electronic problems I just upgraded my alarm to cat 1 alarm 2 mothns ago. please help me, with many thanks.

Actually, I have few problems, 1. I lost my security code, how can I decode myself, I've been vw garage, they told me 25 pounds, but not sure can decode or not. 2. I lost my handbook, i just want the first page that indicate the name of each button. My radio / cassette is VW Beta OEM by Blaupunkt. Thanks very much.

Hi its me again, Ive done my timing problem, cost me 220. But a new problem straight away came out at the same time, it sounds like mis fire, the RPM meter goes up and down (and I ve got twice that the engine stopped while I stopped in the juction to give way), Ive been changed all new plugs, but problem did not solve, my lupo only done 25k miles, why I sufferd so many engine problems? please please help.
