Interesting. I've always folded the seats down anyway, but never noticed a real improvement. Then again, i've never been looking for one I've just been reading that these things are apparantly a 20p resistor from maplins in a box filled with resin. Sounds a bit of a con to me. And from what i've read, it seems to really mess up your engine mapping.

Hi My son has just bought a Lupo with a genuine 42000 miles on it (1 owner lovely) I am trying to find out what the interval is for the cambelt as I have heard it is quite early on Lupos thanks in anticipation for your help. Landroverwolf

My sons Lupo says in the paperwork that it is Taffeta Green. I am trying to get a small tin of touch up paint. Can anyone tell me where I would find the paint code as none of the paint suppliers near me rcognise the name.

I switched the ignition on with the radio on and RDS button pressed and voila it worked thanks all the same I will write down what u said if I have a problem in the future.

My son has just bought a 2000 W reg Lupo 1.0L 42000 miles immaculate but it has only 1 ignition key can he go and get one cut at the local market stall or must he visit the VAG dealer and sell a kidney to buy one. Thanks in anticipation

My sons Lupo has the BETA radio he took nit out for a few minutes to work out how to fit the CD player and when he put it back in it asked for a code. Which he does not have. Any help her gratefully recieved

No the sony was out of a 106 which got written off by a someone running in the back of it whilst texting just checked the sony it is nailed so ill need to buy a new unit BUT i took the beta unit out to test the sony now having put the beta back in it needs a code which i do not have WHAT A PAIN So now what do I do with no code

I have just bought a Lupo for my son (I have a Passat). He wants me to replace the standard Radio Cassette witha Sony CD player (single din size) Is this possible is it just a standard plug in as it was on his 106 fitted it in 5 mins on Halfords car park ALL the connections were on a single plug in block connector The Sony plays mp3 disks and has a MP3 input on the front. Do I need a new piece of dashboard like you do if you do a head unit change on a new Punto. Thanks in anticipation I know it may seem a bone question but I dont want to rip the dash off and find Ive covked up. Landroverwolf
