I'm after the whole thing when it comes to the window switches - this thing on drivers door with central locking buttons and 2x window switch - would that be only £12?

I'm after driver's side door lock mechanism with central locking but I can't find any - would something else fit? I heard that mk4 golf stuff is direct replacement is that right? or maybe polo? Another one...the electric window switches - are the interchangeable between other models in vag group - same situation here I can't seem to find one anywhere... any help appreciated

Well finally similar point of view - even if I need to change the engine I know a place to get it for 250 bucks and I have mates mechanics who own me favours - as to the gearbox had same one in passat 1.8t running a bit more power than standard and it was the last thing I would worry about...I think I'm going for it...

...but there is no clutch as such so no damage caused to that or gearbox as you only put it in D and of you go you cat even stall it...but thas only my vision...

Buy really nice looking arosa 1.4 8v auto in black on 52 plate (October) with 150k miles on the clock !!! ...and 12 months mot for a... grand? It's going to be used to comute 40 miles a day to work and back? ...apparently owned by driving school...

From Derby I'm a usual petrol head - had loads of vdubs in various sizes and shapes few japs and so on...will show off later I'm just about to buy my girl a arosa 1.4 auto as she doesn't drive manuals really well - I always though it's the cutes vdub ever (lupo/arosa)...I think I know how te behave on forums like that as I'm on quiet few...hope you guys and girls enjoy my company and I will enjoy yours Martin 25 Signs Designer from derby
