Thanks for the replies. The car is booked in for checking - been told probably throttle body needs cleaning or a sensor has gone down don't like the sound of a 300 quid throttle body replacement!!! Door check straps are v worn out just at the hinge point, will have to order the whole new thing tho Door has got play in hinges but I assume I can't adjust them????????

Hello All, Please could I ask your advice? Our car ticks over between 500-1000 rpm and the engine warning light has now started to appear - any idea what causes this erratic tickover? The doors click like mad and the drivers has sagged - any econimical solutions? Is it easy/expensive to get key operated central locking? Thanks a lot.

Hello, I've just got a lupo and we love it. But, there is no central locking which is turning out to be a pain. Is it expensive to add CL? I don't want to diy so I wondered what enyone else has paid at a garage? Cheers!
