bought two new door check straps £14.00 each, a new interior handle the chrome one had snapped on the passenger side, £15.00 so all's good again.

adjusted badly by the sounds of it if a window does'nt seal in the rubber guide you will get wind noise, was the car booked in for this problem to start with, if not why was it booked in ?

some of the bolts that hold the mechanism in may have come loose causing the window to jump its rubber guide.

yeh its him the blue one was on cups if i remember right. been told he has another loop now aswell as this.

yeh but this lupo done would stand me under 2k and i have traders policy, so no worries there as this is just a mess about thing to see where my parts will take me i am not too bothered that there is one of the shelf , mine will be a one off.

i got all parts but think crossmember may be damaged does the polo gti member fit in the loop then i use the loop wishbones , shafts steering rack, i paid £1000 for the full car , sold a lot of unwanted bits on the bay made a profit on the car and still have front half and wiring front to rear

i have a full polo gti front half of a car, i bought it to put into my mk1 golf but then my cheap lupo came along and now i might put into this, any body done it looks to be pretty straight forward and i have all parts, but thought i would ask before i start raping the loop.

nah only had couple of days see my other post , doors are stiff basically the mechanisms have never been serviced .

my doors on the loop make this noise when opening and shutting, i removed the door bracket that stops it from flying open and greased them but still CLACK CLACK CLACK loud as ever, gonna price them up 2 moro , any body else had this and what did you do about it.

renault panels dint at the sign of a sponge and soapy water, and the electrics are pap, and there spotwelds are miles apart on average 4" apart whereas vw average 1 to 2 " i know what i would rather drive, french ***** , KEEP IT I WOULD RATHER WALK..................... :!:

thanks for the welcomes, all paint body work is done by ourselves hence the UNIT 21 name, i will be after some parts but i am gonna wait to see what i find in worthersee in 2 weeks, will keep posted, mitch.
erm no body has got a mk3 in grey on rs 4's nor a mk3 polo in red unless these are your cars and i am miss reading it :?

hello just got a lupo sport for £1300 english pounds with small dent in bonnet, missing passenger wing mirror, and one alloy wheel is missing, but i can honestly say i love it. 8month tax and test in yellow but not for long :wink:

3 ten mill bolts and four screws 10 minutes and gresed the new ones.
