Joe_watkins
i bought a Lupo Sport from my friends Nan. Its the genuine Sport with the center exhaust and 100 bph. 64000 miles and a years mot. The only real fault i could see was the paint work as its in pretty poor condition somehow. Anyway . I drove it for a week and notices a load of black stuff on the rear of the car. Its is coming from the exhaust . I check the oil and it was pretty low . It seems to be burning a lot of oil . I carried out a full service. I found oil in one of the spark plug holes and in the air filter . Once i finshed i drove the car and it is still seems to be burning oil . There is not other fault with it . No back firing, stalling , lack of power etc . What could this be ? any help is much appreciated
Texa
Don't know if you were able to figure this one out already, but I had the same problem with my 1.4...For me it turned out to be one of the spark plugs.Bought a new one, replaced it and problem solved
Texa
Sorry... Meant to say that I changed one of the leads, not spark plugs. I noticed the problem while changing spark plugs though.
