fitting remote locking

Hi and welcome!!

As far as I know, there is only an aftermarket way of having remote locking.

Some ofus on here have used the Rightclick kits and they seem pretty good. I have had one installed over a year ago now and I've had no problems since.

BTW, is yours a 'S' spec? Does it have central locking?

Is remote central locking easy to fit, and the kit looks good and is quite cheap

Has anyone on here actually done this? It looks good, and a fab price.. is it worth me getting it, or would I also have to fork out loads for someone else to do it for me?

Frankie.

I have done it and so have other people on this forum. You can do it yourself as its not too hard, but if in doubt get someone else to have a look at it for you.

I guess the only way to find out is to buy one and fit it - I will keep you posted it will be the next job after the split charger and 2nd battery in the D3 - if I remember with some pic as well. :)

Any problems then look at this thread:
