basically,

"I recently bought a set of corrado fans and a radiator from Kris Battye, (formerly of wider wheels) upon recieving the item, I unpacked and the item was not as described. He has actually sent out a slam panel from a golf mk3 VR6.

I contacted him the same day and never got a reply, a few days later after some pestering I got a text response saying that he had recieved them as part of a job lot from some guy on Edition.

I then asked what he plans to do about this. A lot of pestering later I got the response that if I can't use them anyways, he'll refund the amount providing I post the item back to him.

As you may know, a VR6 slam panel isn't exactly a small item.

Since then I've been trying to get in contact with him albeit not having any joy at all.

I just feel it's very unjust that I have to pay to send the item back & I should lose out for his mistake.

Considering he charged 25 to post in the first place which I happily paid, straight away, I don't feel I should be paying for his mistakes.

I'm putting this up in the hope that he will see it, & want the same as I do which is a happy resolution.
