cmt Posted September 9, 2003 Report Share Posted September 9, 2003 I picked up my Silver Lupo GTi (02 plate, 6 speed etc) last Friday.The sidelight bulbs are very yellow compared to the xenons, I want to replace them with some that have a blue tint, are they easy to change?I tried removing the back of the unit (it has a silver bar clip across it) and it came off but I couldn't see any way of accessing the bulbs, is it a bumper off job? if so, how difficult is it to remove the bumper?Thanks,Col. twisty b-road Posted September 9, 2003 Report Share Posted September 9, 2003 I remembera post about this a while ago.As I remember the silver clip is what you need to take off to get at the back of the bulb, I think you just have to be hard on it.
