Just realised I havent done a pic update of my lights .... I will get some soon.
Thought I would just say that Im taking her in on Tuesday for a decat and then maybe a custom tailpipe but im not sure yet. The guy is going to do it so I can put the cat back in if I wanted so im excited to see what its like!

In your opinion, what would the best style tail pipe be? I would like the loudest really, just so you can hear the difference from stock! So would a single pipe design (oval) be louder than a double??

I was just thinking last night in bed about my wheels. I had an idea for the summer!
To get them resprayed in some kind of anthracite/gun metal colour (done before I know) but then ... over the top spray some glittery/silvery paint through a net tablecloth (the ones with nice patterns) so the pattern would be transferred onto the wheels very lightly so you could only see it if you were close up. This has been done on pimp my ride haha. But just wondered if anyone knew what I meant, and what they thought of it?!
Also I've ordered some cambridge light finally, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the orange bit out with a soldering iron? Do you have to take the back of the light off etc? Will I need chrome indicatior bulbs?

Like tomflyer said .... its was all pre-recorded and the swear words edited out, they even asked Andrew Sachs whether he wanted them to take the voicemail messages off the recording and he said yes, but the editors obviously didnt comply.
I agree that if someone said that to my dad/grandad they would flip and they did cross the line .... but still the song did make me chuckle and I think that Russel Brand is generally like that, much like Jonathon Ross, so I still feel it was the editors fault for letting it be broadcast .

I'm not 100% sure as im not mechanical .... but I think that a decat makes the Gti slower so you would be better off getting a custom cat back.
If someone could confirm this ...

Will it be possible to get a new macbook with a matt screen? I would have thought they will always be doing glossy ones now!?

Im on the, now "old" white macbook and have also got an imac as a desktop and they are both amazing. I would highly recommend them. So much faster and easier to use. Also you are MUCH less likely to get a virus on a mac and hackers dont develop them as much.

Just picked her up and WOW! She sounds really nice, not too loud, and I dont think I have lost performance, if anything its got better, it revs so much easier!
I will try to get a sound clip up!
