If it's a council PCN (which it sounds like, as private companies like Town & City aren't allowed to issue Penalties as that would be fraud) then it needs to be appealed properly, you were loading.
People on that site tend to be very helpful if you're forthcoming with information - if you really want help, then scan or take pics of the PCN, scrub out personal details, (reg no, tax disc no and PCN number) and post the scans up for them to see.
Is this from experience lol.

i jus got discount at certain shop, when playing north of england, playing great britan now and don't get a thing! that rocco was in fast car few months back if i recal?
Thats because i played "real" hockey lol...sorry i couldnt resist. It was some 6 years ago so would probably be different now with money the way it is.

I was sponsored for field hockey and got a tonne of free stuff quite a lot but that was because i was playing at a level where it would be noticed.
People do look at lupos but advertisers dont care about those people of all ages, they care about sales and demographics so a 5 year old and an 80 year old looking at your car wont exactly prompt them to drop their pants in excitement.
Racing cars get sponsorship and only very few show cars, but if they wanted it that bad then theyd just do it myself. They have more creativity and money than any of us could dream of. My mind wonders to a kenwood rocco with a reported 17k of ICE.
Bottom line is give it a go but dont be so suprised when you hear the phrase "Im out"

It will be the council who have ticketed you but if your on the loading bay of a store then that is the stores private property and the council shouldnt be using their discretion on it, unless its prescribed.
Have a go on that website and see what they say.

Im in Jamie's camp on the alco free cocktails and whilst they are something different its still fruit juice. I do enjoy a nice lime and soda water which usually comes in at 40p lol.
Money isnt the reason i dont drink, well it is as i HATE paying 35 quid taxi fare for someone to drive me 16 mins home. Winds me up everytime.
