My gti alarm is driving me mad it's a factory alarm ,arm it with the key fob then 10 mins later or 2hrs later no telling off it goes same thing when I lock the door with the key, I've shut all the vents anybody had this problem and sorted it

Mine are oem but the drivers mat has lots of holes in from a previous lady owner (high heels!)

I've been chatting to a mate who has a mat & thinks it maybe the drivers side.
