As title really, my Lupo has started popping out of 5th and 6th. 5th still 'works' in that it'll drive and stay in gear for a small amount of time (at most maybe 5 minutes), and 6th slots into place but has no drive at all.
Any ideas? Thanks

Is your battery light staying on?

I know the one. I've seen it a few times. What are you in? I'm in a red Lupo, currently looking rough with black steels, drive past all the time.
I have a standard Raven Blue GTI think i've possibly seen your Lupo about

Parked my GTI next to your Lupo last night so they could have a little chat hello if you're on here!

I've always wanted one in Raven Blue so was really happy when this one came up in my price range no plans until my MK2 Golf is finished but I would like to lower him slightly after that and maybe some different wheels.

Thanks guys good to see i'm not the only one round here with one!

I have owned my Lupo a week now and I am totally in love.
(Sorry for poor pic quality, taken from Facebook )
As you can see he is standard and will be staying that way for now as all my money is going into getting my MK2 Golf back on the road

Lupo GTI turning over but not starting

Hello all,
My GTI will no longer start and it's a bit of a mystery. It turns over fine but will not start. We got it running once, but it was very lumpy and I had to keep my foot on the throttle to keep it running. I've had the throttle position sensor off and cleaned it but it didn't make a difference. It won't jump or bump start.
It's been plugged into vagcom and flags no fault codes. The only unusual thing on vagcom is that the live screen didn't register any RPM when it was turning over, so I've ordered a cam sensor to try that.
Just wondered if anyone else had any ideas? Google has found similar cases but nothing quite the same.
Oh just to add, it's had a new battery and had the alternator tested, and also a compression test, all fine.
