took my lupo in to local dealership to get bonnet `re-aligned`. only drove it last night and it would appear that the muppets have managed to disconnect headlamp washers and the horn.
how incompetent do you need to be to work for vw?

In my defence i would say that up until 2 months prior, the road had been a fifty limit. Big straight road, no schools or residential areas in about a half mile radius, but rules be rules.

result! went to police office in my lunch to get confirmation it was my car on the photos. unfortunately for plod, the camera only took one pic so they couldnt verify the recorded speed.
dropped due to lack of evidence.
yipeee.

to be honest i dont know.
at the moment they just want confimation of who was driving at the time of the offence ( girlfriend also insured).
i was hoping to get away with a begging letter, `3-6` points and a bloody fine

i've got standard gti 5 speed in red. thinking about performance mods but cash is short and just running the thing is an expensive habit. do love it though.
not really seen any other gti's or sports up this neck of the woods(north yorkshire) cant move for bloody minis.

i've got a 5 speed gti on an 02 plate so i dread to imagine how long it was unregistered for. As for 3 rd gear probs never suffered that once in the year i've owned mine. get your ass straight to vw garage
