  1. For sale is our last year of production Lupo GTi, only 70 registered in 2005 with this one in March.

We are the third owner and it has only covered 52k miles in the 10years.

Tornado red with two options from the factory, single CD player and heated front seats.

Complete service history along with all books, two GTi keys, MOT’s and lots of receipts. Also have original number supplied number plates with VW logo plinth.

Originally purchased from Lincoln VW by a lady in the Army, during 2008 she was stationed in Germany where the vehicle was registered and serviced (see B post service sticker below). During August 2009 she returned to the UK where the Lupo was traded in for a Fiesta ST. This dealer (Invicta Motors, Ford) then sold to the second owner in September 2009. He was an original Mini fan and only came to sell the car when funds were required to finish off his Mini restoration. We purchased it in Dec 2012 and have put on just under 10k miles during this time.

HPI clear and all aluminium panels in place, only changes have been LED side lights to match front xenon lights and also a Polo aerial due to the original cracking. The car is in very good condition both inside and out but being ten years old is not perfect but as hopefully you can see by the pictures is very clean. Mileage won’t change.

This is the second Lupo GTi we have owned and planned on keeping, however time to use the car and space is required so we are now offering it for sale. As you will see below the car is stored and covered so is ready to go when the right buyer is found. Any questions please mail or give me a call 07946192966, based in Telford. £6000

  2. Doesn't work like that I'm afraid, usually only stands to the end of the warranty period.

Thanks all for the response, reason I ask is seeing a silver gti which had a lot of rust on rear arches and along sill joins with front wings. I thought this very strange and more indicative to bad repairs or seaside living and country roads.

Silver good to see you still knocking around these parts, Saz was surprised. Not saying your old or anything lol!!!

  3. Its been a while since loop ownership and thinking of getting another to garage.

Question is how are your cars standing up in particular GTi models, I know there is 12 year corrosion but this is based on inside out corrosion. Any issues on rear quarters or the sill areas, I know about roof gutters and boot handle.

  4. This project seems to get more serious as it goes on but hey it keeps me out of trouble...

Little look, be awhile before these are rolling!

Started stripping the sealer off now, I may be getting carried away!!

  5. Project ongoing, bumpers, lights, front wings, fuel tank, front suspension all off. New used wings purchased and a rear complete quarter purchased from a coupe model. Changing the rear box arch to round so need a drivers side to match now!!

Glass out next and then I can start on preping the underside before moving to the stuff you can see, its all fun!!
