  1.

This ad is for the sale of our 2003 Volkswagen Lupo S 1.4 (Petrol) This model has electric windows, colour coded handles etc and pop out rear windows

The car has been in the family since June 2009, We purchased the car with 19176 miles
Now the car has 74566 miles and 3 previous owners so as you can tell this car has not been driven much in the 10 years we have owned it.

    2 keys
Plenty service history and previous receipts since new
    HPI clear
    MOT'd until October 2020

This car has been our pride and joy and has been very well looked after over the years having many of the larger common repairs completed including the following:

Timing belt replaced - December 2014 (At 62462 miles)
    New battery - September 2016
Pedal box replaced - September 2016
Rear silencer replaced - July 2017
Front and rear o2 sensors replaced - September 2018
Front and rear catalytic converters replaced - October 2018
Rear brake pipes replaced - September 2019

There are some age related marks and light rust bubbling starting on some arches which is to be expected but otherwise the car is in great condition, as you can tell from the photographs it is very well maintained. There are only two problems with the car, the drivers window motor plays up sometimes (which I will try and repair before sale) and there is a very slight oil leak under the car. I have been honest with the description and any viewers will not be disappointed, this is a great little car and has been well loved.

This is a reluctant sale but a new company car forces the sale otherwise we would have kept it

Any questions feel free to call or email

  2. Well its time to sell my Volkswagen Polo GTI 9N3, I Have owned the car for the past 2 and a half years and have loved driving it. It’s a beautiful car that drives and looks great. These cars are becoming pretty rare now so it pains me to sell this but I have recently bought my first house and now share my girlfriend’s car.

Here’s a little spec of the car:

    2006 (56) VW Polo GTI
    Black with tartan cloth interior
    84,000 Miles
    MOT’d until June 2016
Just put a brand new Bosch battery on today
Cambelt and Water pump have been changed at 60,000 with receipt
Plenty Mot’s and old tax discs etc.

    And some modifications include:

    Revo Remap to 210bhp
Lowered on AP Coilovers (Original suspesion supplied too)
16” Audi A2 wheels with good condition 185/50/16 Marshal Tyres
    Upgraded Brembo Discs
    Forge 007p Diverter valve
Factory Ipod cable which allows Ipod control through the stock headunit
    Colour Coded Bluemotion front grill
    Front strut brace (not pictured)
I also have roof bars and 2 bike racks for the roof that I will include if I get the asking price

The car was previously cat D (light panel damage) and repaired before I bought it and it has been absolutely perfect the whole time I’ve owned it. The condition overall is really good, the wheels have some curbing and there are a few scratches to be expected but generally the car is in great condition and has been well looked after. Id really love to keep this and use it but as I share a car now this has just been sat on the drive for the past few months unused, so id like to pass this on to someone else to appreciate and enjoy!

    I’m looking for around £3250

  3. Are these in the for sale section? interested muchly!

nope not yet, i havent got around to making a for sale thread for them yet, but basicly they are 15x8 et25 in brand new condition, with new 195/45/15 tyres, iw ill be looking for around £500 for them

  4. Very nice, i haven't seen many MK1s on Alpine turbos (that is right wheels yes?) Looks good :)

Lots of reviews compare the Lupo to the MK1 golf..

are they really that similar to drive?

thanks, yeah they are alpines, think im going to put them on the lupo though. i wouldnt know, ive never driven my mk1 yet, and ive owned it for over a year :(

  5. Well for a while ive been after a Lupo GTI, always loved the shape but was never keen on the interior, but i decided id treat myself to a little fun toy after getting bored of my old car, so swapped it for this baby

ive never been a fan of buying an already modified car, so im going to sell most of the bits off it and start again to make it my own, progress may be slow as ive got this alongside my MK1 Golf GTI too
